Channel 5's new drama Compulsion follows a paramedic, Jenny, who after surviving a tragedy struggles with PTSD and falls into gambling addiction. 

Jenny soon begins to hide her suffering from her husband Chris, best friend Alison, and daughter Rosie. 

When Jenny returns to work she faces a public meltdown but is helped by stranger Sasha who creates a bond and shares her secrets with.

The series is written and created by Sarah Deane who has worked on a number of hit shows including Broken with Sean Bean, Clink, Moving On, and much more.

The series starts on Tuesday, April 12 with four episodes airing nightly until Friday April 15.
