There is only one week of The Apprentice series 16 left after the dramatic interviews episode.
The semi-final saw an all-female line-up for the first time since 2015 with Stephanie, Harpreet, Kathryn and Brittany facing Lord Sugar's aides.
After grilling the final four in the boardroom, Lord Sugar chose who he wanted to take through to the final next week.
We've waited 2.5 years for #TheApprentice interviews to return and they did NOT disappoint 👌
