Students raise thousands for Bangladeshi charity
University students rallied together to raise money for a Bangladeshi charity by taking part in a run around Richmond Park.
Pras Boolaky, of Whitton, and 40 friends from University College London hoped to make up to £8,000 from the event, which was part of the Run Richmond Park race series, on Saturday, February 25.
They will donate the money to the Jaago Foundation, which works to provide quality education for children in Bangladesh.
