A teenager was stabbed during a fight in Hounslow last night.
Police were called to Kingsley Road at about 11.50pm after reports of a disturbance.
The group had fled by the time officers arrived.
An 18-year-old later attended hospital with stab wounds. He is in a serious but stable condition, police said.
Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
