Residents are able to take an in-depth look at exactly how Richmond Council is spending its money.
The authority's annual accounts for 2009-10 are available to see at the Civic Centre in Twickenham until August 18 by anyone on the electoral roll who makes an appointment.
Residents will be able to see councillors' expenses, staff salary levels, and a breakdown of the council's funding.
