Tributes have been paid to a 45-year-old milkman who died after plunging into a lake covered with ice.
Phil Hughes, who worked at the Dairy Crest depot, in Hanworth Road West, Hanworth, had been at a darts tournament before his body was recovered from the water in Frimley Green, Surrey.
The darts fan, from Slough, was last seen at 2am last Thursday when he left the Lakeside Country Club.
Dairy Crest said in a statement: "We are extremely saddened by the death of franchisee, Phil Hughes, from the Dairy Crest Hanworth depot. He was a great asset to our workforce and we offer our condolences to his wife Cherie and family."
