THE British Heart Foundation is hoping that a touch of spring cleaning will lead to more donations for its Hounslow shop.
The charity, supported by Birds of a Feather actress Lesley Joseph, is asking for donations of unwanted clothing including suits, shoes and children's items.
Lesley Joseph, who has cleaned out her wardrobe with the help of BBC's Trinny and Susannah, said: "Most of us realise that we hold on to far too many clothes that we will never ever wear.
"This spring, clear out your wardrobe for your local British Heart Foundation Shop. It's hard to give up an old favourite, but remember that it will help save lives."
Donations for the High Street store in Hounslow can be taken to the shop or a free collection can be arranged by calling 0870 120 4141.
