Grove Park Primary school held its Easter Eggstravaganza yesterday (Thursday April 1) celebrating the special time of year with a talent show, hat parade and of course an Easter Egg hunt among other activities.
The Parent Teachers Association designed an event- filled day for the students of the Chiswick school. The day began at 9am with a talent show and Easter Hat parade.
The Junior classes (Year 3 - 6), England's future entertainers in music, dance, drama and comedy, performed their best act in front of parents, teachers and their fellow classmates.
For the younger students, (Reception to Year 2), an afternoon of crafting an Easter basket was followed by a special Egg Hunt.
Students roamed the playground searching for answers to a list of egg-related questions, such as: How many eggs are hiding in the old log? If Mrs. Gilberston (Head Teacher) ate two, how many would be left?
Parents also manned an Easter Gift Booth filled with fun and festive holiday gifts and sold Krispy Kreme Donuts direct from America (via Harrods).
The Eggstravaganza was sponsored by Chesterton International and all proceeds go to support Grove Park Primary School.
