QUEUES formed outside a Brentford dentist office this weekend as the surgery opened its doors to NHS patients for just one day.
The New York Dental Office, a private practice on Ferry Lane, took on NHS patients last Saturday.
The state-of-the-art clinic, which even provides patients with special goggles that allow them to watch DVDs while they are being treated, was open from 11am and had queues of patients similar to those recently covered by the media in Scarborough.
Dentist Dr Shalin Kapoor said: "We have had so many people come in and ask that we decided it was only fair that we took on some NHS patients for the day."
