Two men seen fighting each other in the early hours of the morning and shouting were arrested for being drunk.

Both appeared at Feltham court last week where they admitted the offence and were fined.

Scott Douglas Cooper, aged 31, of Staines Road, Feltham and David John Jezzard, aged 34, of Fruen Road, Bedfont, were each fined £100 with £43 costs.

Sally Peters, prosecuting, said that at 4-40am on March 12 they were fighting, shouting and knocking on doors.

They were told to go home and behave themselves and they became aggressive and police back-up was called in to help. They had to be handcuffed after one threatened to assault the police. Jezzard said that they were knocking on a friend's door and had been to a birthday party. Cooper said they had been out of order.

Magistrates fined them both £100 with £43 costs.
