POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal motorcycle accident near Chiswick's borders on Monday, after a collision in Goldhawk Road at the junction with Askew Road, Hammersmith at approximately 2am.
It is understood a motorcyclist was in collision with a concrete bollard. It is not believed any other vehicle was involved. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. There was no passenger.
The deceased, believed to be in his 30's and a local man, has yet to be positively identified and all next of kin informed.
