A Performance coach from Chiswick is in preparation for her first ever entry in the London Marathon in April in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Harriet Beveridge, 30, told the Times: "I'm not a natural athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but I've got a secret weapon which will help me. This is my experience as a mindset and attitude coach working for the Si Group. In a nutshell, I help people to adopt a better frame of mind so they are happier, healthier and achieve their goals more easily."
Harriet has set herself the ambitious target of raising £50,000 for Cancer Research UK. Harriet works as a performance coach for Hammersmith-based Si Group, which helps companies motivate their staff to deliver powerful and lasting results.
She goes to the gym at The Hogarth Club, Chiswick and is fortunate to have Nicki Aitken as her personal trainer. Last year Nicki was the sixth British woman to finish, in two hours and 54 minutes and she has entered marathons in New York, Dublin and Edinburgh.
