A FUNDRAISER from East Sheen will be running for the Children with a Leukaemia charity in this year's London Marathon.
Raz Khan will join actress Brenda Blethyn, who played Mrs Maclean in A River Runs Through It, and six Mr Men and Little Miss characters in one of the biggest teams at this year's event.
Managing director of a local IT service company, Raz is busy training for the big day and hopes to raise £3,000.
On April 18 the team hopes to raise over £1 million for the charity which is dedicated to the conquest of childhood leukaemia through pioneering research, treatment and support of leukaemia children and their families.
Anyone wanting more information on the charity or wishing to make a donation email info@leukaemia.org or contact 51 Great Ormond Street, London WC1N 3JQ, telephone 7404 0808.
