A TEENAGE boy was robbed of his mobile phone in Brentford High Street, as he was making his way home from college last week.

The seventeen year old had left college and was waiting for the bus on the High Street at around 6pm on Wednesday March 3, when the incident happened.

He was approached by two other teenagers, who started talking to him and intimidating him. They told the victim to walk along the High Street with them, which he did, as he was frightened.

He was told to go into the nearby phone box, which he did and then one of the suspects began to get angry. He threatened to stab the victim if he did not hand over all his property. The boy gave the thieves his mobile phone and was then patted down by the suspects, who wanted to check he was not holding any valuables back.

They then walked off, leaving the victim shaken but otherwise uninjured. One was described as black, around 18-years-old and 5ft 8ins tall. He was wearing a black and red jacket, had short Afro style hair and spoke with a London accent. The second was described as slim, black, around 5ft 6 ins tall, wearing a dark blue quilted coat and black baseball cap. Information to PC Mulvihill on 020 8247 6118.
