AS he was being thrown out of a pub, a Heston man punched out two windows and was later arrested.
Ronald Anthony Hancock, aged 56, of Springwell Court, Heston, appeared at the town court and admitted criminal damage at the Wishing Well pub Staines Road, Hounslow on February 14 and was given a conditional discharge for six months.
Magistrates were told that Hancock had gone to the pub at 6.15 pm and there had been an argument and he was thrown out of the pub.
When police arrived, they found Hancock with a cut hand and the two windows smashed in.
Hancock maintained that there had been an argument in the pub and he had been hit on the back of the head by a barman.
Magistrates made no order for compensation because there had been no claim from the pub and no costs as he is on a limited income.
