SHENE International School held its prizegiving ceremony on Tuesday, rewarding youngsters who had excelled.

The winners were congratulated by guest speaker Steven Pinder, a TV actor who played Max Farnham in Brookside.

In year seven, Jennifer Parsons, Coralie Perella, Katharine Rogerson won the Gold Award for Achievement, while Malik Imran and Katharine Rogerson won the Study Award.

The year eight Gold Awards went to Dapinder Chahal, Megan Sherwin, Hannah Lambert, Hannah Simpson and Nathan McCollin-Davidson, with Michael Bunting and Carina Doran winning the Study Award.
