A police officer has been charged with two counts of rape and one of ABH.
City of London police officer Daniel Condon was suspended from duty following his arrest.
He has been charged with two counts of rape and one of actual bodily harm.
The allegations relate to an incident that took place while the officer was off-duty on May 14, 2022.
PC Condon appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Friday (January 5), where a trial date was set for February 3 next year.
