A 10-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after a crash with a car in Richmond.
Police and paramedics were called to Queens Road which runs through the park at around 5pm yesterday (December 5) after reports of a boy being hit by a car.
He was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life threatening.
Officers say the driver stopped at the scene and no arrests were made.
Enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan: “Police were called at 5.06pm on Monday, 5 December to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Queen's Road, Richmond.
“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service.
“The pedestrian, a 10-year-old boy, was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
“The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
“No arrests were made.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
