A fight on a Richmond Bridge today (November 26) has left one person in hospital and a crime scene remains in place.
Police were called to the bridge on Richmond Road after reports of a fight where one person was seriously injured.
They are currently being treated in hospital.
No arrests have been made at this stage and inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A crime scene remains in place on Richmond Bridge, predominantly around the mini roundabout at the junction of Hill Street.
Police are asking people to avoid the area as there may be delays.

A spokesperson for Richmond Police said: “On Saturday 26th November, we were called to reports of a fight on Richmond Bridge.
“One person has been seriously injured and is being treated in hospital.
“A crime scene remains in place on Richmond Bridge and surrounding roads.
“The crime scene centres around the mini roundabout next to Nandos at the junction of Hill street and Richmond Bridge.
“Please avoid the area as there may be delays.
“Detectives from the South West Command CID are investigating.
“At this early stage there have been no arrests and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
“Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting CAD1099/26Nov22.”
