A 14-year-old boy is in a critical condition after being stabbed outside a supermarket in west London.
The boy was attacked at around 6.20pm on Sunday near a branch of Tesco in Hanworth Road, Hounslow.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition, the Metropolitan Police said.
No arrests have yet been made.
The force said in a statement: “Police were called at approximately 6.25pm on November 6 to reports of a male stabbed in Hanworth Road, near the junction with Nelson Road, Hounslow.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the male, believed aged 14, was taken to hospital for treatment – he remains there in a critical condition.
“No arrests; inquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
