TWO men have been taken to hospital after a moped crash in Twickenham.
The incident happened in Staines Road at 12pm on Thursday.
The two men, aged 18 and 19, were taken to hospital for treatment.
The condition of the 18-year-old is being treated as critical but stable.
Officers say the 19-year-old sustained an arm injury.
Road closures have been put in place following the incident.
Police enquires into the circumstances are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At around 12pm on 22 September a moped was involved in a collision in Staines Road, Twickenham.
“Two males – aged 18 and 19 - were taken to hospital; the condition of the 18-year-old is being treated as critical but stable.
“The 19-year-old sustained an arm injury.
“Road closures are in place and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
