A driver has been fined for hitting a cyclist with his car at Richmond Park.
The driver pleaded guilty at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court for driving without due care and attention.
His guilty plea was taken into account for the sentence.
He was ordered to pay £570 in total and given six points on his license.
This includes a £418 fine, £110 in costs and a £42 surcharge.
Royal Parks Police tweeted: “A driver has been convicted at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court for driving without due care & attention after he collided with a cyclist in #RichmondPark
“He was fined a total of £570 and given 6 points on his driving licence (£418 fine, £110 costs, £42 surcharge)
“The court has stated that the drivers guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.”
