A woman has been sexually assaulted in broad daylight an alley in Fulwell.

The incident happened at 8.45am on April 20 in the alley between Burton Road and Wellington Road - near to Fulwell Golf Club.

There have been no arrests made.

However, police are looking for a man in connection with the assault.

He is described as a white male, who is tanned with slight facial hair.

He is 5 foot 5 inches tall, skinny and aged between 20 and 30.

He was wearing a grey tracksuit.

Police say the victim is being supported by specialist officers.

Richmond Police tweeted: "#Appeal | Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a sexual assault which occurred in #Fulwell.

"This occurred at around 08.45 on 20th April 2022 in the alley between Burton Rd & Wellington Rd, near Fulwell Golf Club.

"At this time there have been no arrests.

"We are looking for a male described as being a white male, tanned with slight facial hair, 5’5, skinny and between 20-30.

"He was wearing a grey tracksuit.

"The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
