Councils across south London have been ranked by the number of valid complaints residents have made against them.
The Ombudsman published its annual review yesterday, revealing the amount of complaints against local authorities it has upheld.
The Local Government Ombudsman investigates where members of the public allege failures in service provision have caused injustice.
Most council services can be investigated including areas such as housing, planning, education, social services, council tax, housing benefit and highways.
