One of the fastest growing nursery groups is due to open a new site in Teddington in January 2022.

Fennies Nurseries, which has 11 sites around London, Surrey and Kent, opening a new nursery on Waldegrave Road to welcome between 80-90 children under the age of five.

Children will have access to a custom designed garden and an enhanced approach to the early years foundation stage curriculum which includes well-being activities, a STEM programme, focused art sessions, language lessons, PE and yoga sessions.  

The new nursery will feature a sensory experience for children aged three months – two years to encourage multi-skill development, along with virtual events including readalongs and music classes all of which are proving popular with parents in other Fennies nurseries.

One mum said: “my little one was transfixed and really enjoyed the reading and pointing at the pictures” whilst another said “it was wonderful and so engaging! My little boy loved it, as did we.”

The nursery will open 07:00am to 19:00pm Monday to Friday.

It will offer a space for parents to work or relax whilst their child plays, and an onsite chef-prepared meal service – Fennies Fresh – that lets parents order during the day and collect when picking up their kids.
