Blood donor clinics The National Blood Service is encouraging blood donors to become bone marrow donors and is particularly interested in donors from ethnic minorities.

In order to meet patients' needs for blood, the service needs to collect 10,000 donations every day.

New donors aged 17-60 and weighing more than 50kg, 7st 12lbs are eligible. Go along to find out more at any session.
