Sunday 30: engineering work in the Wimbledon area. Kingston Loop services altered to run between Waterloo and Shepperton via Richmond and Kingston. Connecting bus service between Clapham Junction and Surbiton via Kingston. Waterloo-Shepperton via Wimbledon will not run and passengers must either use alternative train services or replacement bus services.

FORUM Leaders of the Pakistani community here have planned an informative evening and a forum for people worried about friends in their homeland. The Pakistan information evening will take place on Sunday (December 9) at 6pm at Montague Public Hall, 30 Montague Road, Hounslow.

Blood donor clinics The National Blood Service is encouraging blood donors to become bone marrow donors and is particularly interested in donors from ethnic minorities.

In order to meet patients' needs for blood, the service needs to collect 10,000 donations every day.

New donors aged 17-60 and weighing more than 50kg, 7st 12lbs are eligible. Go along to find out more at any session.

Established donors can then give blood until the age of 70.
