Statistics provided by Public Health England (PHE), have revealed that Kingston and Richmond share the lowest rates of confirmed COVID19 cases in London.
Both Richmond and Kingston have 36 confirmed cases in comparison to neighbouring Boroughs such as Hammersmith which has 70 confirmed cases, Hounslow (82 ) and Wandsworth which has 155 confirmed cases.
And on March 23, the Government stepped up social distancing enforcements after it was revealed that London had the highest number of COVID19 cases in the UK.
A Spokesperson from PHE said: "Understandably, you may find that social distancing can be boring or frustrating.
"You may find your mood and feelings are affected and you may feel low, worried or have problems sleeping and you might miss being outside with other people.
"At times like these, it can be easy to fall into unhealthy patterns of behaviour which in turn can make you feel worse.
“There are simple things you can do that may help, to stay mentally and physically active during this time such as doing activities that are enjoyable, eating healthy well-balanced meals, drinking plenty of water and going for walks and exercise outdoors at a two metre distance from others."
On Monday [March 23] London had a total of 335 COVID19 confirmed cases with 46 deaths.
Today, that figure has increased to 2,872 with 143 confirmed deaths.
The Borough of Lambeth has 188 confirmed cases making it the area with the highest number of people that have had to self isolate or go into hospital admission.
