A Twickenham actor and presenter has been given the chance to present at the Athletics World Cup at the London Stadium.
This is the first year the event will take place and Kiran Rai, 26, will interview competitors at the finish line.
Despite turning his eye to presenting a year ago, Kiran has presented at Wimbledon, the Formula 1, World Cup and and the Brit Awards. He said he will turn his attention back to acting after the World Cup.
Kiran moved to Twickenham over six years ago, he said: “I am originally from Nottingham but moved to Twickenham. I love the area, there is little crime and I feel safe. What I love most about it is the people, there is a real community feel to the area.”
Kiran spoke about breaking into acting in America and will try to get a break in Hollywood soon. He was inspired into acting by his aunt and uncle.
The Athletics World Cup takes place on July 14-15.
