Sir Elton John will make his comeback from a rare and ‘potentially deadly’ illness in south west London.
The singer, 70, has been forced to cancel a series of shows in the US after suffering from a bacterial infection that forced him to spend two nights in intensive care.
He became “violently ill” during the flight home from Santiago, Chile and was admitted to hospital.

Sir Elton is now back at home but has been forced to cancel the April and May dates of his Las Vegas residency.
The star will be returning to his schedule of live performances at The Twickenham Stoop on June 3.
Part of his worldwide Wonderful Crazy Night Tour, the show is organised as part of Harlequins rugby club’s 150th anniversary celebrations.
Regular tickets, which were on sale for between £44.50 and £89.25, have sold out on Ticketmaster but are available for up to £750 each.
