A re-imagining of Hans Christian Anderson's classic fairytale The Little Mermaid comes to Richmond Theatre in April.
The award-winning theatre company Shared Experience, renowned for its imaginative and physical adapatations of literary classics, will bring this traditional tale to life.
Writer and director Polly Teale plunders the story for its dark, erotic and mythic power to create a spellbinding new proudction in a contemporary setting.
Natalie Gavin plays the Girl, with theatre credits including the widely-acclaimed the Crucible at the Old Vic.
