Singer songwriter Joanna Eden performs an evening of music with the Jazz at the Movies band.
The band, specifically formed to interpret some of the more interesting film soundtracks in a jazz idiom, come to Barnes to perform a host of their firm favourite.
From the Aristocats and the Pink Panther to When Harry Met Sally and From Russia With Love, the evening of jazz music will have something for everyone.
Eden says: "The great thing about Jazz at the Movies is that I get to stand away from the piano in a sexy frock and be a diva whilst singing some of the best loved songs in popular music. What’s not to like."
While Eden loves to take to the stage, she is also a singing teacher and her life was recently turned upside down thanks to the success and rise to stardom of her student Sam Smith.
Eden says: "I had no idea that Sam was mentioning me wherever he toured until I was asked to do an interview with the Telegraph and Rolling Stone Magazine. After the Grammys I had every major news team in my house."
