A lunchtime concert from classical pianist Frances Wilson, also known as the Cross-Eyed Pianist, will hit all the right notes at the National Physical Laboratory’s (NPL) Musical Society this December.
The music teacher, blogger and performer, will be performing on the musical society’s 1901 Steinway B grand piano written for her by guitarist and composer Matthew Sear as part of her varied programme.
She says: "To have a piece written for me specifically to play is an absolute honour.
"I am a classical pianist with wide tastes, which is reflected in the programme. Above all, I’m someone who loves playing the piano and sharing my music."
