As twilight falls at Kew Gardens this winter, the magic will begin.
After the popularity of last year's experience, Christmas at Kew has returned with the Royal Botanic Gardens offering a new glittering mile-long trail.
Visitors can wander between glowing waterside reflections, illuminated foutains and glasshouses and see towering tree canopies drenched in Christmas colour.
Father Christmas is also joining the fun and will greet children in his Snowflake Grotto after they enjoy a ride on a Victorian carousel.
Christmas at Kew runs daily until Saturday, January 3, with timed entrances between 5pm and 8.15pm To book and for more information, visit kew.org.
