Cockles were warmed and spirits were high after Twickenham upon Thames Rotary Club’s mulled wine sale raked in more than £2,000 for charity.
The club ran its own stall at Kempton Park’s fireworks display last week, where members sold a combination of wine and spices.
And their efforts and energies paid off as the club raised £2,110 which will be pumped back into the local community.
