Fulham Football Club pledged to continue supporting Shooting Star Chase, having already raised £100,000.
The famous footballers partnered with Hampton children’s hospice last season and hosted events to raise funds to support families with a life-limited child or teenager.
These included the first-team squad generously donating a day’s wages and a celebrity charity match between Fulham All Stars and Sealand All Stars.
This season the footballers plan to host a charity match, collect at Craven Cottage and take part in a 10km sponsored fun run through Bishops Park and along the Thames Path.
David Burland, chief executive at Shooting Star Chase, said: “We are delighted to be working with Fulham FC for another year.
“We are really looking forward to building on this support, in the second year of the partnership, and continuing to raise vital funds and awareness for the work we do in supporting local families with a child or teenager with a life-limiting condition.”
