Older people in Richmond showed age really is just a number at the annual Full of Life Fair on Tuesday.
On a fun-filled afternoon at Harlequins’ Stoop ground, hundreds came together to celebrate older members of the community.
And Bafta-nominated Carry On and Benny Hill actress Liz Fraser, 83, brought a touch of glamour to the day as guest of honour.
A variety of activities were run for people to join in such as pilates, zumba and dance classes.
There were talks from the Citizens Advice Bureau and ACS Finance as well as the opportunity to take part in computer taster sessions.
The event was run in conjunction with Older People’s Day, a nationwide event celebrating the contribution of older people in their communities.
This year’s fair was the fifth since it began in 2009.
