A man who threatened a restaurant manager and failed to pay for his meal has been handed an altogether different bill.
Andrew Bailey used threatening, abusive and insulting words and behaviour causing harassment, alarm and distress to Martin Hughes at Browns restaurant on Kingston riverside.
The 43-year-old from Sheen Road, Richmond, also failed to pay for £32 worth of food and alcohol when he went to the restaurant on Saturday, September 21.
