Fitness fanatics took part in a mass workout at Twickenham stadium last week for Virgin Active's fourth annual Turf’s Up event.
More than 230 people took to the home of English rugby on September 11 to raise money for children’s charity Sparks.
And despite the heavy September rain, participants persevered for the 60-minute circuit class.
Joy McLoughlin, general manager at the Virgin Active Classic Health Club in Twickenham, said: “We are really proud to have hosted Turf’s Up for the fourth year running, raising over £1,500 for Virgin Active’s charity Sparks.
“It was a great opportunity for members and non-members to take part in this extraordinary fitness challenge on the iconic Twickenham stadium pitch.”
Participants tried a number of Virgin Active’s different fitness specialities, including V-Cycle, tug of war, boxing, zumba and rugby and football skills.
