Joseph Osieh was found guilty of trespassing on railway lines near Teddington station
A Richmond man who walked on to train tracks at Teddington was not punished by the courts.
Joseph Osieh, of Townshend Terrace, Richmond, denied a charge of trespassing on the railway lines near Teddington station on March 5.
The 41-year-old was found guilty after trial at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 2, and was handed a conditional discharge of 12 months.
