A man who threatened and assaulted someone in Marks and Spencer received a community order.
Keith Nicholas, 41, of Cairngorm Close, Teddington, assaulted Joseph Naden at M&S in Teddington on April 29.
Nicholas denied charges of common assault and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause violence, but was found guilty of both offences following trial.
He was handed a year-long community order and told to pay £100 in costs when he was sentenced at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 9.
