Now in its fourth year, the Kew Midsummer Fete will welcome families to enjoy a range of activities on Kew Green later this month.
Attendees can enjoy vintage fairground rides, live local bands throughout the day and the fete’s first tug of war tournament.
Actress Sally Phillips, who has appeared in Bridget Jones and Miranda, will judge the fete’s popular dog show.
Hungry punters will not be disappointed as a wide range of food and drink will be on offer, from a hog roast to an afternoon tea, and a Pimm’s bar and a beer tent for those wanting to enjoy a beverage in the sunshine.
More than 100 stalls will be selling handmade jewellery and homemade jam, while guests can buy unique artefacts in the craft marquee.
Entry is free and all the organising profits are donated to charity – £30,000 has been given to local good causes since the fete started in 2010.
