Squabbling squatters were booted out of a former wine shop and office block in Teddington after they called police for help.
About 35 officers descended on the building in the Causeway and turfed out about 30 squatters just before 6am on Saturday, May 25.
Police said they received a couple of calls from the occupants asking for help after they had a disagreement.
Police said the squatters put up no resistance when they were removed to prevent any further incidents and officers secured the building.
Solicitors acting on behalf of Marcus King and Co, managing agents for the former Bottoms Up unit, had served an eviction notice on the squatters last week.
An eviction hearing was due to take place at Kingston County Court on Thursday, May 30.
