Hampton Pool Trust wants people to have their say on development plans funded by a £100,000 donation from the family of murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler.
The donation is part of a £1m settlement between News International and the Dowler family, who are users of the open air pool and gave the money to charities in memory of their daughter.
The trust, run by volunteers from the community who own Hampton Pool, hope to safeguard its long term future by creating an economically sustainable and inclusive facility.
The community can take part in a consultation and provide feedback on four development options, which the trust has presented along with points in favour and against.
They include options to extend the gym, improve the reception area, extend the sun deck cafe, including a lift, and build in under-used areas around the 36m heated pool.
The group also hopes to reduce the carbon footprint of the pool, which is set in two acres of woodland next to Bushy Park.
They said some options suggested will not be suitable, including extending the pool to 50m, providing a standalone spa and an endless training pool.
People who take part in the consultation will be entered into a prize draw to win tickets to one of the Hampton Pool summer picnic concerts, which are the main fundraising event for the trust.
