A former Made in Chelsea and I’m a Celebrity star caused a stir when he popped in to a children’s hospice.
Television celebrity Hugo Taylor visited Shooting Star Chase’s Hampton hospice and chatted with teenagers and their families, signed autographs and posed for pictures on Wednesday, April 24.
After taking a tour of the hospice, he said: “What struck me the most was the positivity of the place in relation to the very serious side, which I find really difficult to deal with. This really is one of the most worthwhile causes.”
Karen Sugarman, director of specialist fundraising at the charity, said: “It was lovely to welcome Hugo to Shooting Star house.
“The children and teenagers had lots of questions to ask about Hugo’s time in the jungle and we had a really fun afternoon.”
Shooting Star Chase cared for more than 600 families with a child or teenager not expected to reach their 19th birthday.
