Commuters travelling between Twickenham and Weybridge can expect delays after a person was hit by a train at Barnes Bridge.
The line between Twickenham and Weybridge remains closed and emergency services are still on the scene to attend to the patient, who was hit shortly before 5.30pm.
The London bound line has re opened after being closed for a short time, but trains will not stop at Barnes Bridge.
The condition of the patient is not yet known but a number of staff from the London Ambulance Service are at the scene, including an air ambulance.
