Mackinney Georgina Carole "Gina" Gina Mackinney died peacefully 12 January 2024 in Limoges, France aged 78. She was a former Deputy 1991-1992 and Mayor 1993-1994 of Richmond Upon Thames and Councillor for Whitton 1990-2006 and Deputy Leader of the Council. She leaves Keith her husband of 56 years, children Alan, Alistair and Elizabeth and Grandchildren Alexander and Gabriel.
