STEVE MAMA Sadly passed away on 12th January at his home after a short illness aged 82. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends in Kingston, also by his Church where he was a Curator since his retirement as a Labour Councellor for over 38 years, also Deputy Mayor. Funeral Service will take place 12.00pm at St George's Greek Orthodox Church, Borough Road, Kingston. Buriel at Kingston Cemetery, 2.00pm and afterwards at church hall. All are welcome. No flowers please, but if desired any donations for Princess Alice Hospice and St George's Church. Enquiries to Frederick W Paine 020 8547 1556

Deeply saddened to learn of the death of Steve Mama, in the 70's as a single parent he helped me turn my life around by getting me an adult grant to finish my studies in electronics. I was then able to qualify as a senior engineer in the Royal London Hospital.
Rest in peace to a perfect gentleman & councillor, God bless.
