Police asked a group of travellers moved on after they parked their caravans next to Hampton Court station.
South West Trains (SWT) staff contacted British Transport Police (BTP) after spotting the vehicles just after 9am on Wednesday, June 13.
A spokeswoman for BTP said: “I can confirm that BTP attended Hampton Court station on Wednesday, June 13, after a report that a number of transit and camper vans were parked in a private compound.
“Surrey Police officers also attended the incident, which was reported to BTP at 9.11am by rail staff who had noticed the vehicles in the Network Rail car park.
“Officers spoke to the vehicle owners, who left the compound a while after. No further action will be taken.”
