A prize-winning writer has invited readers to a book signing session.
Alan McCormick, from Teddington, will be at Waterstones, in High Street, between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday, August 20.
He will be promoting his new book Dogsbodies and Scumsters, a collection of short stories with illustrations by Jonny Voss.
Mr McCormick has worked as writer in residence with InterAct Reading Service, a charity dedicated to taking professional actors into hospitals to read to stroke patients.
He won the InterAct Reading prize, judged by Ruth Rendell, in 2008.
The writer will also be doing readings from his new book at Langtons, in Church Street, Twickenham, next month.
