A Barnes pub has been given a fresh new look in a relaunch that is sure to make it an odds-on favourite with locals.
The Coach and Horses in the High Street – one of the original Young’s pubs bought by Mr Young in 1831 – has had a spring refresh and boasts a dark wood bar, matching wall panels and banquette seating.
There are stained glass windows and an original fireplace as well as the largest pub garden in the area, which is home to its own Stables which host a regular Sunday Spit Session with rotisserie meats.
Now the Coach and Horses has also introduces The Cart Shed – a new dining area in the garden with its own bar, exposed brick wall and fresh planters.
